Support Center opened in South America
AllCAD
is a developer of CAD applications offering targeted solutions and services
for the Embroidery Industry. AllCAD announces that a new support center
has opened in Colombia, South America in September 2001.The new center
is lead by Ms. Adriana Duarte and it mainly serves our customers located
in all Latin American countries.
Adriana is responsible for customer services in countries like Argentina,
Brazil, Peru as well as for her native country, Colombia. As graphics
specialist she is of course also our graphics- and web designer.

can be extended to South America. Together with The Embroidery Connection
we are confident, that Adriana will lead our drive down to the bottom
of South America in providing the best services to our customers.”

About Adriana Duarte - Adriana Duarte Mateus, graduated from University Jorge Tadeo Lozano as major in graphics design. She has experience in planning & management of multimedia projects for education on enterprise and institutional level, as well as in Web page development, 2D & 3D animation and processing of form layouts. Adriana is also involved in sales of hardware & software on different levels but always oriented to new technologies. She participated in projects like: Educative Software MAESTRO 1.0 – ICFES, Kioscos Interactive - Maloka, Interactive Center of Science and Technology, Institutional presentation CAB - Convenio Andres Bello Agreement, Educative Software for Military University of New Granada, Poseidón project, Cursos On line - INPAHU
